Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is approximately 11-13 business days after processing. Total time = processing time + transit time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order.
Free shipping on all orders over $60.

We currently ship to the United States. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Customs and import duties

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking, delays, and lost packages

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package appears delayed, stuck, or lost, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
