You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
How to start a return
Please contact us first at contact@sidonashop.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed. Once your return is approved, we will confirm the return address (returns are handled in Taverny, France).
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, personal-care items (such as the nasal strips or the eye mask) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your refund), we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
